Idolatry and the False Prophet of Rome
Calling himself a pilgrim with the pilgrims, Pope Francis asked "which Mary" did the crowds come to honor? The Mary who is "a teacher of the spiritual life, the first to follow Jesus on the 'narrow way' of the cross by giving us an example, or a lady 'unapproachable' and impossible to imitate?" He then bowed down before a stautue of Mary and offered it a golden rose.
The apostle Paul, under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit penned these words: "They exchanged the truth about God for a lie and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever "(Rom. 1:25). Pope Francis deliberately disobeys God who commanded, "You shall not make for yourself a carved image...You shall not bow down to them or serve them, for I the Lord your God am a jealous God" (Exodus 20:4-5). He not only commits the terrible sin of idolatry but prays these words to the statue, "Hail Holy Queen, Blessed Virgin of Fatima, our refuge and our way to God! With your hands lifted in prayer to the Lord, draw all people together into one human family. You are the victory over every assault of evil. Show us the strength of your protective mantle. In your Immaculate Heart, be the refuge of sinners and the way that leads to God. I entrust myself to you." Where is the outrage among Catholics? Jesus is the only way to God! When will Catholics recognize this evil man is a false prophet who is leading people down the broad road to destruction? Jesus is the truth for those who are deceived. May God grant them repentance before it is too late.
